Project Hospital is a pretty good contender I think if you liked Theme hospital. Two Point Hospital is probably the true "goofy" remake of Theme Hospital though. PH is much more realistic feeling to me, but still very playable.

I don't know if you can really beat Diablo 3. Path of Exile is excellent though. Torchlight series is a bit different, but another gem I've enjoyed playing. I think back in the day I played a lot of Baldur's Gate. I'm not sure if that's ARPG or not, but it was fantastic.
I have a wireless mouse that seems to randomly lag when trying to use it throughout the day. I'm not sure if it's the mouse itself being weird or if there's something in Windows going on. I have an older monitor (not in use at the moment) that has a couple stuck pixels. Before I tossed it or something I wanted to see if there was any way to get rid of them. If not I've already got a new monitor and everything so I'm fine, but figured i would give it a shot.
