I want to remove the Xbox/Game crap off my new windows 10 laptop. most of the time it's alright, but when i start games it pops up and is annoying.. i can only imagine what its doing behind the scenes. is there a way to remove all of this?

Just updated to the newest version of Windows 10, and while looking through my tasks in task manager I noticed these two processes. I know what rundll32 is, but I've never seen it listed in the task manager before this update, and I don't know what the "start" process is. I checked the file location...
